Heather Floissac studied at the London University in England where she acquired a Bachelor of Arts and then at U.W.I, attaining an MBA. These managerial roles so early in her career assisted in bolstering her position in the corporate world and the many lucrative connections she made along the way.

From 1992 to 2015 Heather Floissac was Honorary Consul in St. Lucia for the Dominican Republic and from 1994 to 1995 she served as Vice President to Alliance Francaise de Ste. Lucie.

As her current main role, her interests in the real estate industry grew over the past 15 years, and she happily served as the President of the Realtors’ Association (Saint Lucia) Inc. since its formation in 2009, for a period of 5 years.
