This beautiful panoramic land in Contrada Sant'Elia is located just a few kilometres from the heart of the famous Noto, a precious and living jewel of the Sicilian Baroque. The property has an area of about sixty hectares and offers spectacular views of the sea and the countryside. From here it is very easy to reach the beaches of Lido di Noto and the Vendicari Reserve, one of the naturalistic jewels of eastern Sicily, known throughout the world for its unspoilt beaches and a place where migratory birds and sea turtles can be observed. The property is located a few kilometres from the motorway junction where Fontanarossa airport can be reached in an hour's drive. The beautiful historical towns of Modica, Ragusa and Scicli are only a 30-minute drive away.
