In the heart of the Etna Park, a UNESCO heritage site, a few kilometers from the town of Pedara, this exclusive and elegant late sixties cottage is an oasis of peace immersed in a unique natural environment. It is located on the only road that leads from Pedara to Rifugio Sapienza, the departure station for the cable car, chairlift and ski lift.
The park belonging to the villa, extending for about 1,900 sqm, is bordered along the entire west side by a characteristic path of the Etna Park originating from the furrow of a historic lava flow of the 1600s.
The property is about twenty kilometres from Catania and about fifteen kilometres from the motorway that allow easy access to the main Sicilian towns, such as Taormina, Siracusa and Ragusa.
