The entrance with terracotta floor, covers the various divisions of the ground floor and access stairs to the 1st floor, which is why we must remove the shoes, as this is the way to get to know the soul of the House.
When walking to the Living and Dining Room, you will feel a relax / foot massage. Here, we are invited to enjoy an excellent moment of conviviality, due to the fireplace and bar area, in Santa Catarina, giving a great cozy feeling.
Meanwhile in the kitchen the meal is prepared. This is where magic happens. Countertop, kitchen island and dining area bench clad in Santa Catarina. Here all meals were, are and will be made with a lot of love, because in this scenario this is the thought we have.
At the end of the meal, we go to the TV Room, by this time our feet are rejuvenated, we don't even remember where our shoes are. The fireplace in Santa Catarina, makes the ideal room for a few hours of cinema. On the ground floor we also have an office with a suite and a storage area.
Time to sleep, we go to the 1st Floor where the 3 bedrooms are, one being the Master Suite, plus a full bathroom.

Summer - the ideal garden for barbecues and enjoying the pool.
This Home is facing south, taking advantage of the sunny hours, with plenty of natural light, with a lot of positive energy inside.
