There is a beautiful piece of marble that forms the central island, which can be used both for dining and food preparation.

The living room with its open fireplace is furnished with vintage furniture like the 1940's classic Italian vintage sideboard and looking up, there is a small mezzanine with a railing made entirely of recycled wood. This has been variously used as an extra sleeping space and extra storage.

Finally, we find the double bedroom, accessible directly from the living room, which is spacious and decorated in timeless style.

The house is semi-detached, so there is outdoor space that extends around the side from front to back. At the back, there is a large, well-kept botanical garden of 600 sqm, full of different species of trees and plants. There is also a vine covered, wrought iron walkway and a woodland patio that provides a private and cosy outdoor living area, plus a wood-fired oven perfect to cook delicious pizza.

The property is located about 4 km away from the town centre of Erula, 7 km away from Perfugas, both offering main services and shops to cover all basic necessities. Yet it is only about 25 km from the main beaches in the area, such as San Pietro a Mare in Valledoria or Li Junchi beach in Badesi.
