Poet’s farmhouse. I am not sure that words like breathtaking panorama, extraordinary view, privileged location actually render the beauty of this place and the photos only partially succeed in reproducing it. The authenticity of the Marche hills is all here, the history of our region is well represented by the famous town of Recanati and the proximity to the sea of the Monte Conero make this property truly unique. The farmhouse has a solid structure but still needs renovation, it is very charming and has typical details of the Marche farmhouse such as the wooden beams or the floors with the classic terracotta tiles. The house is divided into two units which have private entrance but it is possible to join them by knocking down a wall.
