As previously mentioned, the property is located in Garrucha, a long coastal town situated in the province of Almeria, with a well-sized and elegant port. Garrucha is home to many bars & restaurants which are famous for their gambas rojas de Garrucha (some of the most famous red prawns in the world). Measuring just over 8km², Garrucha attracts thousands of visitors every year. Highlights in the calendar include daily night markets in the summer months, the arrival of the Three Kings by boat in early January and the Feria de San Joaquin from the 14th until the 18th of August every year.
