This charming village house is in excellent condition and situated in the traditional Spanish village of El Contador. The village is approximately 60 minutes from the coast and has superb surrounding views of the Santa Maria National Park. The village boasts two bars, a bar/restaurant/hotel and a general store. The larger towns of Chirivel and Velez Rubio are a short drive away.

Double wooden doors lead into the entrance hall and straight ahead is one of the sitting rooms with exposed ceiling beams, an open fireplace and two inset display cupboards on either side. To the left is the kitchen with under-stairs larder cupboard, and to the right, there is another sitting room (which could be used as a downstairs bedroom).
