Further accommodation on the ground floor includes an office, a laundry area with a sink, space for a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a large storage cupboard and an external door to the side. The is also a ground floor WC wish wash basin.

The upper floor has five bedrooms, one of which is a single room. Three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The family bathroom has WC, wash basin bath and separate corner shower, towel radiator and a large Velux roof window provides natural light.
