The villa's private community is nestled on the southern coastline of east Cyprus, between beautiful Ayia Thekla beach and picturesque Potamos harbour. A seaside walking trail leads from the community all the way to Ayia Napa, passing Ayia Thekla, with a small grocery and restaurant, the large new marina complex, and many many beaches on the way to the main tourist centre. Follow the trail the other way and walk along the harbour of Potamos where there are some of the best fish meze taverns on the island and past a nature preserve on the scenic coastline.

More variety in restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores can be found in Ayia Napa, only 5 to 10 minutes away by car. For a more traditional experience, the village of Liopetri, home to many of the fishermen of the harbour, is only 5 minutes inland by car and has a picturesque centre with a fountain, restaurants, grocers, and traditional markets and vendors.
