The beautiful "village" of bellaluz has the only Olympic size pool in the shole of the Resort. The pool is set in beautiful gardens and is surrounded by a terrace with sufficient sunbeds. There is a "Spa" area with Jacuzzi and jets which also doubles up as a childrens pool. The Plaza is in the centre with a variety of Shops, Bars and Restaurantes
The apartment is on the first floor. On entering the apartment you step into an entry hall which leads to the dining room, the lounge is through the are double arches. Patio door take you to the balcony which over looks Bellaluz Plaza. The kitchen is totally separate, has fully fitted white units, fridge, oven [amp;] hob The master bedroom has mirrored wardorbes and an en-suite shower room with single sink and vanity unit below. The second bedroom has wall to wall wardrobes on one side and shelving on the other and there is still room for a double bed. The house bathroom has a marbled floor shower, single sink with vanity unit under. The apartment has a central air conditonal system that is discretely hidden in the false ceiling This apartment is one of the eight that were specially built with a larger living space so would recommend an early viewing.
