The property is within easy reach of the centre of Lenno and the lake. Lenno is an important centre of the western shore of Lake Como, situated between the promontory of Lavedo and to Portezza. Furthermore Villa Balbianello a beautiful eighteenth century villa owned by the FAI from 1988 is more recently as the location of Hollywood movies such as Star Wars, Ocean Eleven and Casino Royale.
