Chapel Moriah is situated in the centre of Llanllyfni village which is some 8 miles to the south of Caernarfon, and from certain rooms in the property there are far reaching views towards the sea across Caernarfon to Anglesey, and of Snowdonia at the front. At first floor level in addition to the master bedroom there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which having featured arched windows looking across the countryside. These 3 bedrooms are served by a family bathroom which contains a laminate floor, roll top bath, low flush w.c, pedestal hand basin and tiled shower cubicle.

The master bedroom which mirrors the living room below is a
spacious double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, Velux and double aspect. The master bedroom is complimented by a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room containing laminate floor, pedestal hand basin, low flush w.c. and tiled shower cubicle.

To the front of the property a tiled pathway divides the front garden with a lawned area to the left enclosed by shrub borders against the road. To the right there is a paved and decked seating area again enclosed by flowering shrubs. To either side of the house are graveled pathways, both giving access to the rear garden with a garden store situated on the left. At the rear there is ample parking for 3/4 cars, steps lead to the back door which opens in to the living room and there is a further seating area.
