Polemi, known as the Tulip Village is one of the 'wine villages' of Paphos with extensive cultivation of vines in the fields around the village. It lies equal-distant between the major town of Paphos and the beaches and crystal clear waters of Polis and Latchi.

Local amenities, including tavernas, supermarkets and a cashpoint machine are a 15 minutes walk away in Polemi village. There are also 2 kiosks, a bakery, several coffee shops and a school in the village.
