Finca Catanca is set in a private area within a few minutes from the beach, an attractive, one storey property with a pool, terraces and a vast lawned garden peppered with palm trees, roses and olive trees, well located for a unique gathering of friends or family.

Ca Tanca is a beautiful base for exploring a beautiful stretch of Formentera coastline having the most famous beaches of Las Illetas nearby.

The main double living space for cooking, dining, and relaxing together is large and opens on the large covered terrace for Bbq and dining table and sitting area. It has a fully equipped kitchen leads through to a comfortable living room.

The interiors are furnished in a light coastal style, with traditional white walls and terracotta tiled floors and micro-cement floors for a modern traditional look throughout. Leading off the living room there are four comfortable double bedrooms two of which are en-suite and another main bathroom.

Inside fire place, outside Bbq, well decorated and furnished it is an angle of paradise.

It has an Annex to the main House which is composed of a large bedroom, a bathroom and its own little patio, ideal for guests.

The staircase on the side of the building brings to the huge roof terrace with the most amazing sun set view.

Well located for exploring the island it is close walking trails which lead through the nature reserve of Ses Salines to spectacular coves, while an array of gorgeous sandy beaches are within an easy drive from the villa.
