  1. Classic purchase where the owner buys the property as a share of freehold with reduced notary fees. After delivery the owner can use his property as he wishes and/or can rent the property out via a local agency. (Only available to 30% of the properties), or
  2. Buying a fully managed property where the owner buys the property as a share of freehold with reduced notary fees. At the same time, he signs a management contract with the company Kokoon, a manager from the hotel industry, which allows him to be accompanied in the management of his property. Concierge services will also be set up to benefit from accounting, rental and stewardship expertise.
