Large apartment on two levels and two entrances of about 400 square meters located on the second and third floor of an aristocratic palace in the heart of medieval Lucca where it is located the famous Tower Guinigi , symbol of Lucca. The tower is part of an imposing building the Guinigi family, rich and powerful Lucca merchants of the fourteenth century, now only evidence of over 250 towers that enriched the city in medieval times built not for defense or home but to show to the city the importance of the family Guinigi, the noble house of lords and landowners, who in the thirteenth century transformed their wealth, becoming well-known in the trade routes and art exchange. Building cleverly decorated with frescoes in the entrance and on the floor of which there are still the initial of the original noble family owned the building, there is an elevator that leads to the apartment which comprises: Entrance, large kitchen, a small guest bathroom, two large living rooms both with fireplaces ,one of them with the possibility to use with gas one bedroom with bathroom en suite.you reach the first floor, with a stone staircase from one of the two living rooms where there are a loft / library 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large laundry .To the upper level it can be accessed directly from the ground floor with the elevator. The apartment was not completed, but the materials are available to complete the renovation.
