This beautiful property consists of three levels, normally entered from the top floor into a glass fronted entrance, this then opens out into the LARGE living area with OPEN FIREPLACE. The most important feature of this floor is that this opens out onto the 'piece di resistance' of the house which is the 40 mq Sun Terrace with views across to the Apuan Alps. On this floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The new staircase takes one down to the next floor where there are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. that includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, cellars, and a garden. There are also three more cellars on ground floor where you will also find a storeroom on the other side of the road.

First floor: On the first floor there are 2 cosy bedrooms with a neat bathroom.

Second Floor: There is a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining room perfect for family meals with a gorgeous view of the terrace. The terrace is one of the most stunning parts of this home. It overlooks the magnificent hills and valley. Perfect for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. On this level there is also a well-furnished living room, a bedroom, and a tiled bathroom.

The winding road to the village takes you through lovely forests past my favourite water fall. The chestnut forests close to Crasciana are particularly beautiful. The views from this village are spectacular. There are gorgeous gardens with flowers and vegetables growing all over the village. A lovely little piazza in the centre of town makes a great place to gather with friends or relax. There is a shop and bar 2 km walk away and the foothills of the Apennines where an Agriturismo and restaurant can be found. A great adventure would be to walk or cycle there for lunch. This location is close to Abetone for winter skiing and the ancient walled town of Lucca famed for its history and excellent shopping on Via Filungo. The famous Leaning Tower of Pisa is only an hour drive away.

One of the villagers has founded a bar in the village which has charity status and can be hired for parties.
