The property is built with the main Great Lodge and 5 smaller smaller lodges all close to each other and dotted around a magnificent rectangular (45ft x 15 ft) swimming from which there are magnificent views.

This property has been finished and decorated with exceptional attention to detail in a clean classical style.  There is a TV room which boasts a wide flat screen TV complete with an entertainment system, Cable TV, DVD player and an iPod music station.

Boasting coral stone tiled floors throughout, this property is a true gem. There are green heart timber sliding doors which lead onto the tatibu-decked verandahs - an ideal spot for watching the sunsets in the evening.

The Master Lodge comprises a very spacious double bedroom with study/living room, fully fitted dressing room and luxury bathroom. A spacious decked veranda affords wonderful views over Hope Beach.

Guest Lodge comprises a very spacious double bedroom, fully fitted dressing room, luxury bathroom and ocean facing veranda with wonderful views over Hope Beach.

Family Lodge comprises a huge bedroom and en suite bathroom on the 1st floor and 2 twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms on the ground floor and ocean facing veranda.

The Staff House is located at the entrance of the property it comprises a living room, two bedrooms and a shower room. The lower floor comprises a general storage area and fully functioning laundry room. 

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Master Suite - boasts ocean views and has a bathroom with a roll top bath and a large shower, dressing room and study as well as a sitting room.
Bedroom 2 - also has an en-suite bathroom with a very large shower, dressing room, study and sitty room as well as breathtaking ocean views.
Bedroom 3 - located in the Family Lodge - is on the top floor and is an extremely spacious double bedroom.
Bedroom 4 - also located in the Family Lodge - is on the ground floor and features a double bed and bathroom.
Bedroom 5 - located in the Family Lodge - has a double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 6 - is located in the Guest Lodge and has a lovely bedroom, en-suite bathroom with a shower and spa style fitting as well as a dressing room.

Outside there is a beautiful large lily pond as well as a central courtyard. The garden paths lead you to the infinity edge swimming pool and shaded gazebo.The waterfalls from the swimming pool and the turquoise waters of Hope Beach are just heavenly.
