Location and Access 

Isle a Quatre is a pleasant 20-minute boat journey from Bequia.  The island is also close via boat to Mustique or Canouan.

All the other islands are just a short plane flight away.

The nearest airports are St Vincent international airport (Argyle airport), Bequia, Mustique and Canuan. These provide direct scheduled and private flights to Barbados, St Lucia and Martinque. St Vincent' Argyle airport connects St. Vincent and the Grenadines to major airports such as Miami, JFK and Toronto Pearson. It also connects to other airports in the Caribbean.  

Isle a Quatre is close to the world-renowned Tobago Cays National Park . This is a collection of desert islands set in a coral sand lagoon. It is encircled by five miles of coral reefs. There is a protected marine reserve. These are among the best sailing waters in the world.

Tax Holiday, Incentives & Exemptions 

Following the successful Mustique and Canouan models, an Act of Parliament provides for substantial arrangements. These include a 20 year tax holiday and incentives. They also include exemptions and residency for the purchaser, company and investors.

Conditions include the establishment of a high quality private island environment. It will include a boutique hotel, villas and infrastructure.

In preparation for the sale a holding company with limited liability has been set up. This is called Quatre Isle Resort Ltd. We are advised that it has never traded and has no liabilities.
