LETTING ACCOMMODATION
BED AND BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATION comprising SINGLE ROOM with its own separate BATHROOM set across the landing. TWO DOUBLE/TWIN ROOMS with EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOMS.

EXTERNAL
To the front of the property is a cobbled YARD leading onto lawned TRADE GARDEN having seating for approximately 60-70, but with ample room for more to find seating on walls etc. Further on leads to a fence enclosed CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA. Gas tank storage etc. To the opposite side of the road in the village is a car park for approximately 7-8 vehicles, currently being used as overspill for a trade garden (note: very close to village centre car park).
