Fitches Creek is one of the lesser known residential areas of Antigua quietly tucked away on the north east coast and conveniently close to the city of St. John's, sometimes described as 'almost the English village in the Caribbean with its quintessential church and village green'.

Located just a short walk from the church, Miggy's Villa is a spacious detached house constructed in concrete and standing in a good sized garden and views over Fitches Creek and out to the ocean from the upper floor terrace and bedroom balcony which also face the prevailing Tradewind breeze from the Atlantic.

The house is of an unusual design having been constructed about 25 years ago for the family which still owns the property. The layout has flexible and spacious accommodation which is arranged over two floors with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor together with the main reception room, kitchen, dining room and utility room.
