Lease
The offices are available immediately and are offered on flexible terms with lease options between 6 months and 3 years with a 60 day notice period.
Both Parties will be responsible for their own legal costs.
VAT will be chargeable on the rent.

Outgoings
We aim to make our prices transparent.
The prices quoted include fair use of all utilities, standard broadband and communal area cleaning. Individual office cleaning available (additional charges apply).
Meeting rooms can be booked in advance and charged accordingly.
£1 per sq ft reinstatement charge at the end of lease term to reinstate the office space to its original condition.
1 month security deposit (bond) required at start of tenancy.
Business Rates are payable by the tenant. Although due to the size of the offices, it is expected that tenants would be exempt from paying business rates.
