Lease
The offices are available immediately and are offered on flexible terms with lease options between 6 months and 3 years with a 60-day notice period.

The prices quoted include fair use of all utilities, standard broadband and communal area cleaning. Individual office cleaning available (additional charges apply).
Meeting rooms can be booked in advance and charged accordingly.
£1 per sq ft reinstatement charge at the end of the lease term to reinstate the office space to its original condition.
1 month security deposit (bond) required at the start of tenancy.
Business Rates are payable by the tenant. Although due to the size of the offices, it is expected that tenants would be exempt from paying business rates.
