Magnificent villa, inserted in condominium with maintenance circuit, tennis courts and playground, enjoying stunning river views. The villa is developed on three floors. On the lower floor is the garage for two cars and a room with direct access to an idyllic garden, with barbecue and river view. On the middle floor, we have the social area with the common room and kitchen, both with balcony, and a service toilet. On the top floor are located the three bedrooms, two of them with a full support bathroom, and a master suite with a spacious closet. The villa was recently the target of several improvements, with special focus on thermal and acoustic insulation of the same, highlighting the laying of hood, double-sheet frames in oscillating PVC with double glass, and 100mm thick of rock wool on the roof were also replaced. The whole house was equipped with air conditioning of the "Samsung" brand, controlled by command or mobile application, and there is also a heat recovery in the fireplace of the room.
