When we enter the property, we discover a superb and imposing entrance. The villa is on top of the hill with unobstructed views all around it. Composed of three en-suite bedrooms with plenty of natural light, and a social bathroom, it has an entrance hall that divides the resting area from the kitchen and the elegant social area, composed of a large living room that opens up to an inviting front porch and a family living room with views to a vegetation covered plot, framed with views over the Monchique mountain.

On the porch, there is an energy of tranquility. You can only hear the birds and the wind on the leaves of countless fruit, palm and olive trees, all in excellent condition.

In front of the porch there is a swimming pool for the whole family. It also has a barbecue area, as well as an almost interior patio with a storage room, or atelier, also with access to the garden. It is a few minutes away from Penina Golf Resort and Golf da Boavista, among others, very close to the Autódromo de Portimão, and about 10 or 15 minutes away from some of the most famous and beautiful Algarve beaches.
It is also close to Alvor, Ferragudo, Portimão, Lagos, all known for its beaches, culture, lifestyle, gastronomy, allowing for an almost equidistant movement between all these tourist destinations, but also in terms of access to all facilities, such as Hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, restaurantes, commerce, institutional services.
