This property is found in the village of Gromignana just outside the municipal town of Coreglia Antelminelli.

The property has full car access with parking for 2 cars outside the house. There is a flat, fenced garden as well as a larger piece of land where a pool could be built accordingly with permission granted from the Municipality.

Coregilia was considered a strategic point in the Middle Ages yet despite being equipped with several strongholds, it suffered a long siege during the battle between the Guelphs and Castruccio Castracani's army, who forced them to surrender.
