Rubb Hangar specification: steel frame structure with Thermohall insulated PV fabric cladding; climate-controlled facility adjustable to suit usage and operations; goosewing grey exterior and white interior; vertical lifting fabric Megadoor entry system and suitable for the storage, maintenance, repair and overhaul of large fixed wing aircraft.

KR comprises four plots allocated for development of flexible hangar space with the associated infrastructure. Keithrow forms part of Bro Tathan West and is accessible off a new access road immediately adjoining Y Porth @ Bro Tathan. Located between Aston Martin Lagonda's facility and taxiway Echo, KR provides direct access to the CAA licenced runway at Bro Tathan.
