Netil House epitomises Eat Work Art's pioneering spirit and creative ethos. Since opening in 2009, the former 1960s office block has become a Hackney landmark, home to creative leaders who are driving culture.

Located in London's thriving E8 neighbourhood, Netil House is a short walk from Broadway Market and London Fields. More than 90 private studios are occupied by innovators and emerging talents in all areas of the creative industries, including fashion, music and design.

The carefully curated amenities include rooftop bar Netil360, NT's Loft, Bambi restaurant and a selection of shops and renowned food vendors next door at Netil Market, which have become spaces for residents and guests to connect and unwind.
