From the spacious terraces on all floors, you can see all the way to the sea at Patara, including across the sea to the Greek island of Rhodes on clear days. From here the eye can sweep across the valley all the way round the surrounding Taurus Mountains, a truly panoramic and breath-taking

The villa has 9 ensuite bedrooms and is available to rent in its entirety for groups or families. You can opt for fully self catered, or we can provide on-site cooking and cleaning services as required. Villa Cennet Bahcesi has a naturally high degree of privacy due to the location, but if full privacy is required, screens are available to allow totally private poolside bathing.

The villa is perfect for larger groups and families, having 7 en-suite bedrooms, and ample outside space, plus a large infinity style swimming pool. The accommodation is also flexible, as there is a self contained apartment on the top floor with 2 en-suite bedrooms, it's own small kitchenette/lounge area, and a large private terrace with beautiful views. There are 2 further lounges, one on the ground floor, with a dining area set to the side and one on the first floor. There is a separate large and well equipped kitchen with diswasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle etc on the ground floor. ingredients. It is a small, quiet village where you can experience traditional Turkish culture.There are 2 mini markets, where you can pick up day to day groceries, a Pide Restaurant and a barbers.It is situated approx 6 km from Kalkan, a beautiful seaside resort with many first class restaurants and cafes and boutiques. Patara beach - one of Turkey's best known beaches, with 15 kms of golden sand is a short drive away, and beautiful Kaputas Beach (a stunning cove beach, with glorious turquoise waters) is about a 20 minute drive. there are also many historical sites nearby such as such as the ancient ruins at Patara (now a UNESCO) site, Xantos, and Letoon. The outside area is very spacious, with a large patio area around the pool, complete with sun-loungers and umbrellas, dining table and chairs for 14, a comfortable seating set, and BBQ. A lovely traditional Ottoman covered seating area - perfect for taking a break from the sunshine, and reading a book in peace and quiet!
