So here's our big idea: an awesome, new build, terraced house, in the city. Your house, how you want it, right where you want it. And because it's our house as well, we are making sure it's extra special.
You'll get the front door, back door, garden, parking space and all the stuff you expect from a house, but this isn't your normal new build house... it's an architect-designed, super flexible, Urban Splash built hoUSe.
Not only is our house 25% bigger than the typical new build, we also allow you to arrange that space exactly as you want it.
House is a project we are incredibly excited about, and where better to launch it than our very own creative cradle - Manchester. Already home to exciting developments like Chips, with its own park and marina, and a new school opening its doors in the Autumn, we couldn't think of a more appropriate place to build our house than New Islington.
