In 2011 a sister company called Sicily Property Management Brokers was created to exclusively deal with the increasing refurbishment work obtained from past sales and also all other issues that clients needed besides buying and selling.
The team consists of:
Frank (Franco) Born in the UK of Sicilian parents but lived most of his life in Sicily. Speaks fluent English, Italian and Sicilian. Frank is based in the office in Caccamo and knows just about everyone in the town. He has all the contacts to get things done - and quickly. Frank likes to keep everyone happy, in his vocabulary “NO” does not exist, if there is a will, he will find the way.

Franca: Canadian/Sicilian although has lived a greater part of her life in Caccamo. Speaks fluent English, Italian and Sicilian. Franca runs the refurbishment side of things and is well-known in the town from the council offices to the builders merchants and all trades and tradesmen. A forceful character that gets the best prices and the highest of standards in materials and workmanship along with ensuring projects run smoothly. Franca also is involved in sales and runs the office with efficiency.

The lake, open for water sports or walking around is a breathtaking scene to view. The castle is a grand feature of this fortified town where narrow streets and alleyways still bear the names of rulers, Spanish, Norman and others, long since past. The town has many fine restaurants, pizzerias and bars to relax in on warm afternoons and evenings. It is well-served too with supermarkets, banks, builder's merchants and specialist shops, a post office and lottery shops. Conveniently situated just 45 minuets drive from Palermo airport and connected to all the arterial roads and motorways to explore further afield. A train station to both airport and major towns is just ten minutes away.
