In a nod to the ‘I’m a Celebrity’ contestants sweating it out in the Ozzie jungle, we’ve dug out some tropical properties that might just have you shouting, ‘I’m a buyer, get me over there…”

Costa Rica
Tucked away in the rainforest just off Costa Rica’s southern coastline is this fantastic hideaway, aptly named ‘Casa Tranquila’. Bali
The Indonesian island of Bali offers everything you’d want from a tropical beach destination and looking at this heavenly villa, it’s easy to see why.
Nestling amongst coconut trees on a beach in the peaceful Tabanan area of Bali’s south coast, it has two en-suite bedrooms, a private pool and comes fully furnished. The stylish interior has been built with great attention to detail, using the finest local materials. Grenadine Islands, Caribbean
For complete tropical tranquillity, try the Grenadine Island of Carriacou, known for its fantastic coral reefs. Built in a traditional boat-builder’s style using recycled timbers, this exotic south-east facing house is set amidst half an acre of lush gardens. As well as the two-bedroom main house, it includes a one-bedroom guest cottage.

Mexico

Each plot at the Tierra Alta project, near the town of El Tuito, is a minimum of 1,600 square metres. Being inland and amidst the forest means the climate is less extreme – less humid and typically 10 degrees cooler – than on the coast in Puerto Vallarta.
