In a list compiled by the Sabotage Times, New Zealand was among 11 destinations cited as great for the sport, including the likes of the Bahamas and Labrador in Canada.
The publication stated that both the North and South Islands of the nation are home to excellent fly fishing spots, with both brown and rainbow trout present in the rivers.
People staying in a property in New Zealand who want to try their hand at casting off may want to follow the advice offered by the news provider.
