Anyone considering a Spanish property investment will be able to get a few ideas while still on home shores this week.

As part of its 50th anniversary celebration, Spanish property developer Taylor Woodrow is currently hosting a series of exhibitions across the UK, with this week’s focus being buyers in the east of England.

Victor Sague, marketing director of Taylor Woodrow de Espana, said: ‘In celebration of over 50 years of building [property] in Spain, we are delighted to be touring England.

‘From talking with our estate agency partners in the UK, we expect there to be significant interest in these offers from both investors and second home hunters.’

He added that the exhibition would showcase Spanish property in established investment hotspots, such as Mallorca, Costa Blanca, Gibraltar and Marbella.

This week’s Spanish property exhibitions will take place in Cambridge, Norwich and Ipswich.

Recently-published figures from Assetz showed an increase of 150 per cent in enquires regarding Spanish property in the past three months.
