Normandy property seekers and others may be keen to mark the occasion in June by visiting one of the sites where the key battles took place.

On D-Day itself – June 6th – a number of events will take place commemorating the date at the various landing sites and cemeteries, with a number of ceremonies and services taking place in the presence of veterans of the conflict.
