Stay in property in Florida for the World Golf Hall of Fame Hole in One RegistryGolf fans looking into property in Florida for their next getaway might want to make sure they visit St Augustine.

The World Golf Hall of Fame there has just added a new Hole in One Registry that allows visitors to immortalise moments where they managed to sink a ball in just one shot.

Golfers can do this by registering their hole-in-one with the World Golf Hall of Fame, which runs a database incorporating entries from members along with fans of the sport in conjunction with the National Hole-In-One Association.

A special display will go up at the venue to allow visitors to search through the database for specific hole-in-one moments.

Hole-in-One program ambassador Nick Price said: "I can still remember my favourite hole-in-one – on the 17th hole during the final round of the 1988 Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.

"I think it's wonderful that my shot will be next to shots from fans all over the world."

Other exhibits that those staying in property in Florida can take in while visiting the World Golf Hall of Fame include possessions formerly belonging to the establishment's famous members, as well as major trophies and clubs from the early days of the sport.
