The comments will come as good news to anyone considering purchasing Portugal property as a holiday rental investment.

A recent Teletext survey found that kids’ opinions really count when it comes to vacation decisions, with 80 per cent claiming they are sometimes or always involved with picking their family’s holiday destination.
