The annual Fanta Festival begins this year in Rome, on 9th June. It will see hundreds of horror, sci-fi, and fantasy film lovers and enthusiasts descend unto the show.

The festival is the perfect activity for any film fans viewing properties in Rome and celebrates the very best films from the three abovementioned categories. It is widely regarded as one of the most significant events of its kind, internationally. There will be films screened in various locations throughout Rome, including the Auditorium Conciliazione and the Nuovo Cinema Aquila, which is also the venue where the prize giving ceremony will take place.

Celebrity guests include actress Caroline Munro, who was the first female to ever be ‘killed’ by the spy agent 007, in the James Bond movie, The Spy Who Loved Me. She has also starred in several Hammer Horror films and various other B-movies.

The event will be running this year until 19th June, and ticket prices will be released nearer the time, along with the timetable for film screenings
