Spa resort firm Champneys Marbella has said that the benefits of lifestyle, sunny weather and the availability of spa treatment are all beneficial for feelings of "wellness", while the area offers plenty of enjoyable activities, such as golf, hiking and water sports.

Sales director Tony Roberts said that Marbella is a particularly favoured destination, commenting: "Not only can it be vibrant and sporty, it can also be a relaxing, bright and sunny place with a calm atmosphere."

Such features may help continue to attract buyers to the Costa del Sol property market.
