Anyone staying in a property in Spain near the Els Port Mountains may have the opportunity to see some of the region's feathered residents.
Writing for the Telegraph, Sara Evans explained that a local vulture colony provides a fascinating chance to do some nature-watching.
In Mas de Bunyol, a vulture observatory has been set up, allowing visitors to see the 400 griffon vultures descend for breakfast before returning to their roosts.
Ms Evans commented: "It's a fascinating sight. With sand-coloured wings close to ten feet across, these are enormous birds."
The excursion may appeal to people visiting property in Spain who not only enjoy bird spotting, but also the opportunity to find some other wildlife.
Golden eagles, peregrine falcons and Dartford warblers are among the flying creatures you may come across, while foxes, wild boar and Ibex also call the region home.
After watching the vultures, taking a walk in the beautiful surroundings of the national park could be the ideal way to spend an afternoon.
