New routes to Dubai extend the transport network available from property in Spain's capitalProperty in Spain could prove to be at the heart of an extended network of direct flights as Emirates begins operating routes to and from Madrid.

The Dubai-based airline has started the only scheduled non-stop passenger route between Spain and Dubai, creating its 104th destination worldwide.

It marks the end of a series of European routes introduced by Emirates – and places property in Spain‘s capital at the centre of a new system of flight paths.

Flights depart Madrid daily at 15:25 local time and, with time differences, land in Dubai at 00:30 local time the following morning.

Travelling against the time zones, the return journey departs at 07:50 local time in Dubai, landing in the Spanish capital at 13:45 local time.

As an introductory offer to mark the opening of the route, passengers travelling from Madrid to Dubai first class can receive a complimentary two-night stay in the emirate for free, while business class passengers can claim one night’s free accommodation from the airline.
