People thinking about buying a property in France may want to consider the charms of Paris.
The French capital makes an excellent location for both holidays and longer stays in part due to its accessibility, it has been noted.
A spokeswoman from ABTA – The Travel Association commented that anyone heading off to stay in a property in France around the city can choose between taking the Eurostar, boarding a ferry or flying.
She added that it is a "year-round destination" due to the wide variety of attractions on offer.
In the summer, visitors can enjoy walks along the River Seine or head to one of the city's many parks.
Meanwhile, the museums and galleries – such as the Louvre, which is home to countless exhibits – are excellent places to spend time at any time of year.
Of course, the cafes and restaurants dotted all over Paris attract travellers who want to sample some of the cuisine for which the country is famous.
