Visit Rome's attractions from property in ItalyAnyone heading off to property in Italy may want to learn more about the country and the new Made in Italy museum opening in Rome next year could present the perfect opportunity.

The city's Civilta del Lavoro Palace will house the new establishment after undergoing a €30 million (£25.7 million) refurbishment, Italy Magazine revealed.

An exhibition dedicated to the theme Made in Italy will be spread over the building's four floors, with the Ministry of Culture hoping to entice more people staying in property in Italy to visit Rome, the publication noted.

In addition to the permanent installation, the museum will also be home to a state of the art audiovisual centre.

Visitors may find that there is more to draw them to the EUR district of Rome – where the museum will be located – than just the new establishment.

According to the magazine, there are also plans to open a Mediterranean aquarium opposite the Civilta del Lavoro Palace.

Those travelling to Italy this year may want to visit some of the capital's other attractions, including the National Gallery of Ancient Art and the National Museum.
