The Sima Madrid Real Estate Exhibition planned for June has been hailed as a chance for investors to discover new opportunities for buying Spanish property.

Sima director Eloy Bohua – one of the officials behind the event that will take place in the Spanish capital from May 27th to 30th – said that it will reveal the "unique opportunities" investors can make the most of in a market that is in a period of downturn, Off Plan Property Exchange News reports.

He commented: "This year will be different, in a positive way," noting that the show expects to attract investors both from Spain and around the world.

Such opportunities may be of interest to those looking to buy Costa del Sol property.
