Property in Italy‘s Puglia region will be set against a backdrop of jazz, folk and other forms of music this summer.

The organisers of five festivals have joined forces, with the backing of the Region of Puglia, to help make sure that the dates of their respective events complement one another well.

As a result, a programme lasting from July 22nd until August 19th has been drawn up by the Five Festival Sud System (5FSS) to attract music-lovers to property in Italy.

Region of Puglia culture and tourism councillor Silvia Godelli says that the 5FSS represents a "great cultural leap" for the area.

She adds that the historic festivals planned for the coming months are a huge attraction for the region, with civil, cultural and environmental benefits.

Events get underway on July 22nd at Monte Sant’Angelo Castle, the venue for a four-day theatre festival, with the other festivals beginning at dates through until August 16th and lasting for different lengths of time.
