The Tuscany property market is one that may often be boosted simply by people visiting the region and being drawn back by its charms, so like any major event the Florence Marathon may provide a significant boost to the sector.

Held on November 30th, the event will see thousands of competitors and those just trying to make it to the end of the course winding their way round the historic streets of the Tuscan capital.

A record field is set to take part in the marathon, with 8,700 entries accepted by November.
