During March, the region will be hosting the La Nuit des Rollers, a fun festival which is set to see both professional and amateur skating enthusiasts take part in a number of organised events in the city of Gironde.

According to Holiday France, amateur skaters can take part in a beginners event which sees holidaymakers strapping on their skates and taking a four kilometre journey around the city – with the more experienced skaters welcome to take part in the 18 kilometre event.
