Chocaholics will find this at the Artisan Chocolate Fair in the region’s historic capital city of Florence every January, where the art of handmade chocolate-making is revealed both in demonstrations by master chocolate makers as well as the taste sensation at the end of the process.

According to the festival’s site, it is the largest handmade chocolate fair in the whole of Italy.
