Within the Palace of Fame in the famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium set in Madrid, the largest real estate exhibition in Spain will be held from the 24th-27th February and organisers are expecting a large number of exhibitors as well as buyers.

Last years event attracted more than 50,000 tourists and the total number of exhibitors reached 550. The main part of the exhibition usually runs at the end of April; however the winter session is hoped to be just as popular.

Exhibitioners at the event will be privileged to the entertainment programme, which is always organised in secrecy; last year this included horse racing and a cocktail for the presidents of each company. This gives companies, sometimes competing ones, the opportunity to come together and establish or strengthen relations between themselves.
