Homemovers expect their property to be advertised on Rightmove

We asked more than 36,000 home-movers if their property could only be advertised on one property site which one would it be. The result was pretty conclusive: 84% said that Rightmove is THE ONE site that they want to be on.

Here’s how homemovers answered in your local area:

Miles Shipside, Commercial Director at Rightmove, explains how this research can help you.

“Agents have been asking Rightmove for some facts to put in front of those sellers and landlords whose main concern is getting the best marketing exposure to help achieve a quicker deal at the best possible price. Understandably they want re-assurance that their property will reach the widest audience, and that your proposition includes partnering with the UK’s No 1 property website. These resounding results show that as well as homemovers turning to Rightmove first when they’re searching for their next property, it is the place they overwhelmingly insist agents advertise their own properties on. To support you to meet these expectations we recently sent out instruction winning packs – containing consumer facing marketing materials, including window and wall cards and inserts for valuations packs- all designed to help you maintain and build market share by winning more instructions.”
